# DN Agent Insurance Question Map v0.1

Reviewed 5 November 2026. This is original editorial research based on active official public descriptions from Munich Re, Armilla AI, CFC and iTOO. These descriptions are provider claims, not issued policy wordings or independent coverage verification. No insurance quote was obtained, policy purchased, claim filed or claim outcome tested. Geographic and purchase eligibility were not verified. No provider is ranked.

The ten scenarios, forty questions and evidence-preparation prompts are DN-authored planning examples. They do not determine whether a loss is covered, legally classify an incident, calculate a premium or limit, certify insurability, or recommend a particular insurer. Every question-map scenario and blank brief retains coverage undetermined. Review the complete policy, schedule, endorsements, applicable law and specific facts with a licensed broker or insurer and qualified advisers.

question-map.json contains the ten scenarios. broker-questions.csv contains all forty questions. source-review.json records the four public-description reviews and their limits. broker-brief-template.json starts blank; null means information not supplied. Use redacted references rather than exposing credentials, personal information, customer records or private policy documents publicly.

The article's native expandable sections work without custom JavaScript and present the same questions. The files make no calls to insurers, do not submit an enquiry and do not create coverage. The DN Research Desk placement refers to DN's paid research service, not insurance broking or a coverage decision.

Falsification and corrections: identify an inaccurately attributed provider statement, a mismatch between the visible questions and the released map, or a materially missing question. A different insurance outcome in a real case cannot be assessed from this map alone. Corrections: https://decentralised.news/contact . Material changes require a new version.
